Description

• Work cross-functionally to support content strategy, planning and operation in Indonesia
• Partner with local and international label partners to produce original content series
• Collaborate with marketing team to provide music and production expertise on key projects and events
• Work closely with our content and marketing teams to prioritise and execute the strategy, defining and pushing forward campaigns to promote new and existing content catalogue
• Create unique opportunities for brands to integrate into music campaigns
• Help coordinate daily content programming in our app
• Manage and build content partnership with strategic 3rd party vendors
• Work closely with Head of Content and the local and global teams as well as other cross-functional teams to execute various content objectives, both globally and locally

Profile

• Hold a bachelors degree in any related discipline
• 7+ years of related experience on Digital Marketing, or Content Development/Production within music labels, digital agencies, media outlets or mobile apps
• Extremely knowledgeable about Indonesian music scene
• Excellent creativity, project management, communication & leadership skills to coordinate projects and get things done
• Out-of-the box thinker, strategic and able to execute with high-level of detail
• Experience working on video and/or audio content production is a plus
• Experience launching partnerships and developing new business initiatives
• Very sociable, energetic, creative, flexible,
• Full professional working proficiency in spoken and written English language
