Job Descriptions :

• Provides support to customers professionaly across all channels (call, email, chat. whatsapp, social media and others)


• Delivers excellent service to customers according to company standard


• Acknowledges and resolves customer complaints


• Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints


• Communicates and coordinates with colleagues as necessary


• Provides feedbacks on the efficiency of the customer service process

 

Requirements :

• Maximum 27 years old


• Minimum Diploma Degree from all majors and has at least 1 year experience as call center agent, costumer support, etc.


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply


• Good communication skill in both English and Bahasa


• Tech-savvy and comfortable to work in front of computers


• Has knowledges in MRO products, knowledge in our products will be advantages


• Possess ability to stay calm when customers are stressed, upset or not in good mood.
