Position requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economic/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Accounting or Finance roles.
- Required Skill(s): Accounting with focus in invoice process.
- Communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Computer proficiencies.
Job descriptions:
Primary Responsibilities :
- Prepare draft commercial invoice as requested and send to internal users or clients.
- Prepare final commercial invoice, get management approvals and coordinate with receptionist to send out the hardcopy of invoice.
- Inform internal users when final invoice is sent out.
- Input invoice from vendors which will be charged as disbursement on our commercial invoice to client.
Other Responsibilities, if needed:
- Prepare summary monthly and quarterly foreign currency payment (outgoing) for BI report.
- Compile benefit in kind data for employees income tax calculation.
- Input payable data and process payment (via Petty cash and bank).
- Input electronic bank transfer.
- Assist in preparing tax invoice.
- Other assignment based on business' need.
