Job Description
- Responsible for HR functions including payroll, budget, manpower planning, annual performance review, recruitment, reports, HR database, employee and industrial relations, audit and any other related HR and administration activities.
- Overall responsibility for all related activities of payroll processing and administration, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll, ensuring time lines are met for salary and statutory disbursement, BPJS filing, tax filing, validation and reconciliation of monthly payroll.
- Consolidation and preparation of the data and reports required for management reporting.
- Ensure updated employee records and movements in HR database
- Handle and administer expatriates’ contracts, benefits records, and any other expatriate issues.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor/diploma qualifications with relevant 5 years of experience in handling all related activities of payroll (local and expatriates)
- Analytical, strong MS Office skill especially Excel
- Experience and knowledge on local regulations and industrial relations
- Positive and proactive attitude towards work
- Good English written and communication skill
- Team player and ability to multitask
