DAY TO DAY OPERATIONAL 

• Collaborate with academic to organize the event at school and ensure the event run smooth and can give very good impression.


• Evaluate day to day business operation and set up new SOP for improvement.


• Ensure SLA (service level agreement) archived as per agreed KPI


• Conduct periodic stock take with finance department for all fixed asset according the mapping and volume.


• Support the employee business trip and student field trip by providing all the logistic mater, flight ticket and hotel, visa permit.


• Continuous identification implementation of operational best practice through interaction with the wider team


• Provide office supply, stationary, water and pantry for all employee and make sure the stock well maintained.


• Ensure the office and all area in tidy condition, set up the standard of cleaning and safety for office, class, canteen and meeting room.


• Manage class schedule and meeting room with very best practice and best manner, utilize the function at the most defective ways.


• Setting and reviewing of client engagement, influence key stakeholders, outsourcing or contact center operation.


• Create annual budged (APEX and OPEC) following the strategic plan and work plan from foundation and school.


• Ensure zero major finding during internal and external audit for all working process of each SOP

 

PROJECT AND BUILDING MANAGEMENT:

•  Making sure that the project is delivered safely through effective planning, production of method statements and risk assessment.


• Being the ‘face’ of the main contractor - the main point of contact for all people involved in a project, for example, the client, sub-contractors and the public.


• Planning ahead to avoid problems with the delivery and storage of equipment and materials, access requirements and what design information may be needed


•  Managing the completion of the building and the handover to the client

 

UTILITY MANAGEMENT:

• Manages successful performance of power, water, wastewater, steam, chilled water and associated infrastructure.


• Coordinates 24/7 coverage of utility performance.


• Manages staff, equipment, and facilities for successful 24/7 utility performance
