Job Responsibilities:▪ Overall responsible for all aspects of management of the palm oil mill operation;o Responsible for palm oil mill’s operations including management, plan, monitor & control mill production & productivity in order to meet or exceed approved budget & target set by Company.o Review & optimize mill utilization capacity & resource management.o Manage and lead subordinates to ensure optimal functioning with high productivity.▪ Perform primary functions;o Budget preparation (Operational & Capital Expenditure) & cost control.o Maintain and minimize Total Oil Losses at group standard. o Ensure a good long term working environment by maintain motivated workforce for sustainable mill operations.o Internal control system & security surveillance in compliance to the standards set by Company.o Execute approved continuous improvement in the mill process & achieve optimal operational efficiency.o Execute approved improvements in environmental health & safety, ISPO and RSPO.o Execute approved total productive maintenance program to maximize production continuity and maintain mill interruption hours below target.o Maintain effective coordination with related departments within the standard & goals framework set by Company.o Prepare & maintain oil mill documents & reports, such as preparation of budget, forecast & projection, cost variation reports, management, quality & risk assessment reports. o Responsible for the deliverance of mill’s KPI.o Keeps liaison with related department and governmental agencies on regulations, permits, operating licenses. o Comply with Company ethical standards, ensure all authorities regulations are adhered.  Requirements:o Minimum education of S1 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering (High Voltage)/ Chemical Engineering.o Must posses Steam Engineer competency knowledge.o At least 5 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.o Know and understand technological aspects of milling process.o Know and understand technical equipment of palm oil mills.o Experienced in mill maintenance system – Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance.o Good financial and budgeting skills.o Good knowledge of EHS requirements in processing.o Multitasking and resourceful team player with good interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills.o Willing to place on sites around Kalimantan Barat and Kalimantan Tengah.
