REQUIREMENT
- Target oriented

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in electronic industry
- Has experience in servicing and handling modern trade outlets and independent trade outlets is highly preferable.
- Maximum 40 years old
- Strong personality and has experience as team leader
- Highly driven person with exceptional selling ability
- Good communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact at senior/executive levels is essential.
- Required language(s):English (both written & spoken), Bahasa Indonesia
- Has wide networking / easy going personality
- Ability to develop and sustain good working relationship with people at all levels
- Have good understanding of clients business nature and need.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop a statergy and marketing plan to achieve sales target.
- To guide, instruct and give directions to all team personal and assist in organizing all the activities.
- Meet the assigned team quotas for sales, profits and strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain relationship new potential customers.
- Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and offer best solutions to their issue.
- Able to provide input and long term plans for business development.
- Make reports daily, monthly and yearly.
