Responsibilities :

• Leading a team of credit card promoter in AEON Mall BSD
• Monitor daily promoter productivity
• Support the team for coordination with support team in Head Office
• Responsible for the credit card sales team activity and productivity 
• Attending briefing & meeting schedule in Head Office, Plaza Kuningan
• Prepare sales report in timely manner

Requirements :

• Strong in team monitoring, scheduling and handling direct sales/card acquisition activities
• Good communication and coordination as a team player
• Able to perform without close supervision
• Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Others or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): credit card, Sales, direct sales, team leading, leadership
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
