A FMCG Company in Jakarta looking for HR Manager to be place in Minahasa Selatan Job Descriptions:

• Lead, develop and manage the overall provision of Human Resources & General Affairs, policies, programs and systems to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
• Maintain functions such as employee compensation, payroll, recruitment, personnel policies, training development, develop performance management system and regulatory compliance
• Developing and maintaining the company culture
• Develop, improve and drive HR programs and initiatives according to corporate objectives
• Find solutions on the issues of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner to the plant manager
• Develop and maintain relation and general affair activities.
• Implement and manage the Industrial Relationship at the company efficiently.
• Manage Company assets, facilities, services and day to day office operations. (Apartment, Office, Company car etc.)
• Manage the expatriate formalities strictly including fostering good relations with relevant government agencies, such as Manpower Office, Immigration Office, Local Government, etc.
• Manage the corporate legal documentation covering business licenses, reporting and registration

 Job Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
• At least 10 years of HR experience in strategic business partnering and HR Operations in either a multinational or local working environment
• Sound know-how of and experience in the application of HR concepts, processes and instruments
• Solid practical experience in managing a team.
• Solid experience in handling industrial Relations matters including negotiating Collective labour agreements and managing day to day HR Operations.
• Experience in supporting and developing various business functions from an HR perspective.
• Ready to work as soon as possible
