Job Description : 1. Training planning and operation

• Annual/monthly training plan design
• Monthly/quarterly training results reporting
• Beauty Advisor training status management

2. Content creation

• Video-based learning of new training content with HQ
• Training content translation
• Content modification tailored to local characteristics
• Creation of other special content tailored to local needs

3. Conduct of training

• Determination and announcement of training subjects, schedule, detailed agenda, etc.
• Preparations for training, including printing of training materials, setting up of training venue, and preparation of necessary equipment
• Checking training attendance and management of absentees
• Conducting lectures and handling of training-related inquiries
• Conducting training evaluation via role-playing, testing, etc.
• Conducting games, awards ceremonies, etc. for enhancement of concentration on training
• Checking and reporting training session-specific results

4. Field coaching

• Target store selection and scheduling
• Conducting in-store, in-person coaching
• Follow-up based on post-coaching improvements
• Reporting final coaching results

5. Online training

• Management of the IDs of new recruits and past employees
• Setting up new recruit programs and conduct of user training
• Training content creation and uploading
• Training completion rate management and leaving of comments
• Conducting online events and surveys
• General management of other departments’ user training and security
• Program error resolution

6. Other

• Provision of support for beauty class
• Planning and management of Green Us's grooming guide
