Job Description : 

• Managing, response to complex IT incidents and fully responsible for the network and infrastructure
• Manage information technology and computer system to maintain inventory of company infrastructure and systems
• Plan, organize, control and valuate IT and electronic data operations
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, appropriate policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed
• Ensure security of data, network accsess and backup systems
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcome
• Responsible for ensuring system have an approprie disaster recove plan
• Serves as the management escalation point for data center operations and infrastructure
• Liasise with vendor’s infrastructure supplier for prompt resolution of any problems or emergencies
• Lead the formulation, implementation and monitioring or IT service level agreements for internal customers
• Implement and monitoring arrangements for IT system and data security

Requirement :

• Must possess at leats bachelor degree in IT or related discipline and / or significant experience in a similar role
• Minimum 5 yeas experience in IT infrastructure
• Keep up to date with technology trends and develments
• Must fluent in English
• Technical understanding of virus protection, cyber security, rewall, routers, switches, servers, workstations, storage management
