Job Descriptions:

• Conduct Training Need Analysis and Competency Assessment. 
• Create Training Matrix & Design Training Module.
• Conduct training for employees start from staff up to supervisor Level.
• Evaluate & report the training evaluation (based on Kirk Patrick Evaluation's Model).
• Supervise the training programs that held at Corporate & others group's companies.
• Provide supervision and report the Learning & Development program to the manager

 Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in Training or People Development is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): Training Needs Analysis, Training Delivery, Training Evaluation, Public Speaking & Presentation Skill, Competency Assessment. 
• Applicants must be willing to travel out of town for official duty. 
• Passionate about teaching or self/people development.  
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
