Responsibilities:

• Provides personal administrative support to top management through conducting and organizing administrative duties
• Act as translator for Mandarin language (written and spoken)
• Updating and controlling daily task, filing activities, and other administrative communications for the top management
• Performing as personal assistant task, distributing information, emails, support and confirm schedule, appointment
• Prepare and setup meeting material and report in Minutes of Meeting (MoM)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (both oral and written) for formal communication
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience for this position
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Words, Power Point, Excel
• Working location : Jakarta
