QUALIFICATIONSMinimum education and experience:

• Education: Minimum S1 / S2 from all majors with preference in communication, marketing, public relations, business management, journalism and education
• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in communication related field from well-known companies/industry/education institution
• Knowledge and Skills:
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the creation and execution of communication, marketing, and public relations activities
  • Demonstrated strong capability in public speaking, written communication, strategic thinking

 JOB PURPOSE:Plan, develop, and implement marketing & communication strategy related to overall university’s image, reputation, student’s intake and customer relations. This includes coordination with both internal and external parties to ensure communication objectives are fulfilled. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, monitor and evaluate strategy implementation and operational activities of the departments; Marketing and Admission, Public Relations, and Customer Relations.
• Develop SGU overall communication campaign strategy involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate program, procedure, and policy related to student intake.
• Review, monitor, and evaluate budget allocation and implementation of the departments; Marketing and Admission, Public Relations, and Customer Relations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures related to Directorate Communication operations.
• Develop university’s communication content for internal and external stakeholders
