Responsibilities:

1. Analysis site assessment, asset planning, operation planning & performance
2. Responsible in site collocation readiness
3. Update and validate site status every month
4. Manage database and documents
5. Improving the performance of Asset Operations based on the SOP

 Requirements:

1. Min. S1 in Electrical Engineering/ Telco Engineeri
2. Having 5+ years experiences as Technical Account Analyst in Telco industry
3. Having experiences in using Maps Info, Google Earth, and Gnet Track
4. Having knowledge about telecommunication (GSM, DSC, 3G, etc)
5. Good in communication, database, marketing, analysis, and assessment
6. Familiar with drive test

We target infrastructure development for coverage hot spots including inner city, business districts, housing and residential developments as well as the main roads in Java, Bali, Sumatera and Batam. We are also expanding our footprint in Kalimantan and Sulawesi. Tower Bersama Group has initiated good partnership protocols with regulatory authorities to maintain best service continuity to our customers and compliance with national or local area regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to “menara bersama” tower development concepts. Workforce Tower Bersama Group has a workforce skilled and experienced in both build-to-suit and collocation site development as well as the acquisition of existing tower portfolios and tower companies. Our rollout teams are supported by technical design, new build and collocation engineering specialist and project management specialists across the country.
