We are looking for an experienced candidate who will be in charge of recruitment for both ATM Capital and portfolio companies. Job Responsibilities:• Strong ability to identify suitable opportunities from potential sources of candidates and reach out to them by the professional means, such as, cold calls, direct emails, networking events, etc.• Contribute recruitment process for portfolio companies of ATM capital. Aim to advise, guide and work with start-ups through the entire recruitment process, especially in the first phase of building up a new team.• Provide a high quality HR administration service, responding to all recruitment & HR& admin issuesRequirements:• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree • Minimum 10 years working experience in HR recruitment startup&MNC compay. Head hunter experience would be a plus. • A strong work ethic, willing to help others and happy to roll up your sleeves.• Ability to work autonomosly, self motivated and driven by results.• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin will be a plus).• Strong time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work.• Good knowledge of using MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.• Strong relationship building skills.
