Your Profile:
  • College degree in (Foreign) Trade or Economics.
  • Max. 35 years old.
  • 3-5 years experience in senior level customer service in multinational manufacture company with B to B business.
  • English fluent (written and spoken), MS Office, SAP & ERP knowlege, Customer and service orientation, Team Player, Reliable, Structured thinking and communication 
  • Excellent Command of Export Control and Regulations/Laws
  • Knowledge and understanding about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements
Your Tasks
  • Communication: Serves as first point of contact for designated customers.  Maintains relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Customer enquiries: Prepares offers and clarifies the technical feasibility incl. new product specifications, cost, delivery dates and payment/ delivery conditions with the responsible interface departments such as production planning, production, shipment, and quality. Prepares and submits offers in alignment with the responsible sales manager.
  • Customer forecasts and orders processing: Maintains data of customer forecasts in SAP, monitors and analyses data, informs sales managers in case of deviations.  Creates customer orders in SAP and confirms orders in a timely manner.  Monitors orders proactively and informs customers and sales team if commitments cannot be met.  Clarifies order related questions.
  • Customer complaints: Handles customer complaints in cooperation with the competent authorities, ensures their completion in due time, prepares credit vouchers or initiates appropriate replacement deliveries after consultation with supervisor.
  • Master Data and processes: Initiates the implementation process and follows up the status. Creates all relevant master data (e.g. SAP, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), etc.) and ensures their accuracy. Supports actively and continuously the optimization of all relevant processes.
  • Sales Support: Supports sales with credit worthiness of new potentials.  Supports in the development of supply and quality agreements and completion of customer questionnaires.  Participates in customer visits with sales upon internal or external demand.  Supports in the preparation of customer audits and visits.
