Becoming a leading multimedia business in fiber broadband and interactive TV cable, MyRepublic a member of Sinar Mas, subsidiaries of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk, currently are looking for potential candidate to be employed as NOC Staff with the following details: Job Description :

• Monitoring  & checking 24*7 core and access network for nationwide Myrepublic coverage area with 42 Network Element (IGW, SPE, F5, BNG and etc)
• Monitoring  & checking 24*7 backbone and fishbone network traffic and link availability / faulty for 37 link backbone (IPT, IPLC, Internet Exchange and intercity)
• Monitoring  & checking 24*7 ring fiber for traffic and availability
• Monitoring & checking the quality for service GGC, Akamai, Facebook-Edge, Netflix, valve, biznet, kaskus, iix, oix, cdix and moraixp also direct Peering
• Monitoring  & checking into equipment  24*7 Facility CME for core network
• Monitoring  & checking 24*7 RSL Switch all branch
• Monitoring  24*7 traffic OTT all area
• First layer analysis and simulation for every problem before escalate to TAC/next level
• Monitoring and checking customers VVIP Myrepublic
• Drive communication to all branch team to verify all service regarding any problem and activity for core network
• Checking and escalate to 3rd party security for cleaning bad IP reputation
• Checking, simulation and escalate Telephony problem to 3rd party (SmartFren)
• Release Bandwidth On Demand (BOD) request to related 3rd party link 
• Escalate to TAC / Next Tier for any unsolved problem
• Escalate, release ticket and  drive communication with 3rd party
• Notification network maintenance and problem to related team 
• Release ticket blast mass problem to customers via BOSS

.Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree [computer/telco] or equivalent with min IPK 2,75 (scale 4.0)
• Understanding LAN/WAN, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting configuration and performance
• Experience with MPLS / Metro-e Technology / GPON / FTTx of fiber optic (Huawei & Fiberhome)
• Familiar and able to operate network device (router, switch, OLT, ONT, STB and measurement tools)
• Willing to work in shift at BSD
• CCNA certificate
• Have a good communication and leadership management
