Job Description :- Manage the Purchasing process by reviewing and assessing Purchase Requisitions.- Review and approved PO (Purchase Order) and goods purchased are within delegated limits including the management and delivery of goods and that Procurement Policy is well implemented.- Guideline on how to select and maintain suppliers who supply goods and services to any part of PT DKI- To Ensure that only capable suppliers are selected fairly and objectively based on their product specifications and competitiveness.- To Ensure suppliers follow the highest ethical standart and appropriate levels of transparancy and based on their capability to full fill our requirements.- Lead and direct the implementation of procurement and sourcing activities- Identify Supplier selection and negotiation price.- Create Purchase Order by system.- Goods Receiving Note by system.- Vendor Evaluation period based on Quality and Lead Time Delivery.- Develop and approved vendor list for logistics and services.- Review and approved vendor performance assessment result.- Purchasing Compliance report : Cost Saving, Agreement contract review and master price list catalog.- Supplier Code of Conduct (Purchasing Conflict of Interest Declaration).Project Planning and Execution :- Participate in planning, budgeting and coordinate execution projects assigned in association with project manager.- Assessing vendors, Bidding / Obtaining quotations, assessing technical specification and requirements and recommending vendors for necessary capital equipment.- Ensuring timely delivery of equipment, machinery and other facilities.
