We are looking for a talented candidate to be placed in our Bandung Branche. The Branch Manager will assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will recruit and manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement. Responsibilities

• Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources administration and sales in accordance with the company's objectives
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Assigning, overseeing, and monitoring administrative and financial tasks
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
• Provide and analyse quarterly reports, daily revenues, and other administrative reports
• Analyse office activity and employee performance, identifying trends, and making appropriate recommendations and adjustments to current work methods and systems

 Qualifications

• Proven branch management experience, as a branch manager or similar role
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Results driven and customer focused
• Ability to work independently and as a team with excellent time management skills
