Job description:Chef de Partie is in charge of assisting Sous Chef in managing Kitchen department activities on a daily basis, conducting efficient and organized supervision, ensuring quality and hygiene standards in food production provided to guests are in accordance with prescription standards and applicable policies at Novus Hotels & Resorts. Education

• Minimum Vacational school of hotel education / Cullinary art (of the same level)

Work experience:

• Minimum 1 years as Chef de Partie (at minimum 3 star hotel)

Or

• Minimum 2 years as Demi Chef (at minimum 4 star hotel) or 1 years as Demi Chef (at minimum 5 star hotel)

Or

• Minimum 3 years as Commis (at minimum 4 star hotel)

Age :

• Minimum 25 years
• Maximum 40 years

 Foreign language skills:

• ---

 Skill & Ability: (pass the test according to the value in the table "Standard Penilaian test recruitment")

• Pass “Cooking” Practical Test
• Pass “CDP Knowledge“ Test
• Pass “leadership” Test
