Requirements: 

• Master's Degree in Psychology (Certified Psychologist)
• Preferably major in Industrial and Organizational Psychology
• Experience in creating psychological report
• Having good knowledge in psychological tools and assessment center method
• Able to record and classify behavioural evidence from a range of assessment tools
• Understand competency models and experience in developing matrix competencies
• Has experience in talent management and able to place assessment in the (strategic) components of the lifecycle of an employee
• Having good understanding in aptitude, personality and competency
• Team player with excellent communication in English
• Has at least 1 year of experience working in an assessment center or company that implement full spectrum of talent assessment
• Strong knowledge and background in counseling theory and practice 
• Experience in conducting counseling session to provide facilitation for people with psychological issues

• Identify assessment needs and tools for selection process on various roles in Shopee Indonesia
• Play a part in competency modelling and design assessment
• Analyze the best assessment methods for talent mapping and succession planning
• Manage psychometric testing and large volume on-line assessments
• Assist in delivering assessment result to users if necessary
