• Design a technical learning strategy for the group of tutors for whom it is responsible
• Provide mentoring sessions for each tutor group member is responsible for.
• Consolidating with instructors related to curriculum design learning in accordance with the scope of the program.
• Accompany teachers in each lecture session.
• Helping students to pass the subject and understood they have learned.
• Helping teachers create a system for evaluating the achievement of student competencies.
• Helping teachers create strategies for achieving maximum competency assessment of students.
• Accompanying teachers in organizing assessments to find out student competencies.
• Provide response/reciprocity from the difficulty of absorbing student material.
• Perform effective communication in interacting with students and teachers.
• Provide motivation and inspiration for achieving maximum student learning outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): UI/UX, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, User Interface, User Experience
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Education or equivalent.
• Have knowledge and design experience on digital platform UI/UX (web and apps).
• Creative solution and human-centered design
• Good communication skills.
• Have more than 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in online teaching, coaching, or tutorials is preferred.
• Passion for education and working with students.
