Job descriptions:

• Support in conducting effective consultative service & facilitation activity for learning & development issues.
• Support in maintaining efferctive communication and information flow between division and internal department.
• Support quality assurance of development in line with the needs.
• Support learning & development process in solving, preventing, and reducting number of complaining from BCL&D's Customer.
• Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the departement.
• Ensure excellent operational process and service to BCL&D's customer

 Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Have experience in data analysis or interpretation
