Responbilities :

• Good in HR administrations (Filling, Manage the data base, Job Posting, Screening CV).
• Be responsible for the execution of recruitment and selection activities including sourcing, testing, interviewing, and hiring
• Select application letters and contact candidate fulfilled the qualification to come for psychotest, scoring psychotest, give recommendation result from psychotest
• Inform the user about the applicants qualifications and prepare schedule for the committee interview

 Qualification 

• Maximum age 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Psychology
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Able to work in a team or individually
• Good oral and written communication skills both in English & Indonesia
