We are an organizational consulting firm across several industries in Indonesia. As we are expanding, we would like someone dynamic and full of positive mindset to join our team as Senior Consultant. Find out more below! Job Responsibilities:

• To meet with clients in order to fully understanding the recruitment needs.
• To deliver an excellent service to maintain a good relationship with clients and candidates.
• To post job vacancies in every platform owned by Shackleton Towers.
• To screen and shortlist candidates who match with requirements.
• To conduct a phone call interview and face to face interview with candidates.
• To create candidates’ profiles based on their resumes and interview results.
• To keep track of every candidates’ processes with clients by making a weekly activity report for each client.
• To follow up to clients regarding interview results, hired candidates, and other feedback.
• To create contracts, invoices, and other documents needed for clients.
• To conduct commercial activities, such as posting articles on Shackleton Towers’ LinkedIn pages, to cold-call potential clients, and to send introduction emails.

 Job Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 year of experience in headhunter/recruitment agency/consulting firm.
• Has passion to work as a recruitment consultant.
• Possess the skill of time management and problem solving.
• Confident and able to communicate effectively.
• High proficiency in English.
