Job description:Sous Chef is in charge of assisting the Executive Chef in managing Kitchen department activities on a daily basis, conducting efficient and organized supervision, ensuring quality and hygiene standards on food production provided to guests are in accordance with prescription standards and applicable policies at Novus Hotels & Resorts. Education

• Minimum D1 Hotel education (of the same level)

Work experience:

• Minimum 2 years as Sous Chef (at minimum 3 star hotel)

Or

• Minimum 1 years as Sous Chef (at minimum 4 star hotel)

Or

• Minimum 2 years as CDP  (at minimum 4 star hotel)

Age :

• Minimum 23 years
• Maximum 50 years

 Foreign language skills:

 Skill & Ability: (pass the test according to the value in the table "Standard Penilaian test recruitment")

• Pass “Leadership” Test
• Pass “Cooking” Practical Test
• Pass “Sous Chef Knowledge” Test
