This position is required candidate to join immediately (a.s.a.p) (Only consider for candidate who currently off-the-job/ not committed to any company)  

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs (for tech & non-tech roles).
• Determine selection criteria.
• Managing Talent Scout team.
• Issuing some letters like employment agreement, offering letter, etc.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Communicating with agencies to help us to find a the best candidate.
• Managing onboarding process for all new talents.

Requirement:

• This position is required candidate to join immediately (a.s.a.p) (Only consider for candidate who currently off-the-job/ not committed to any company)  
• Priority live nearby South Jakarta.
• Profiling: Agressive, Dominance, High Speed of work. 
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably have an experience as a headhunter.
• English is a must.
