Job Descriptions:

• Perform an outbound calls to potential clients, under minimum supervision, to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products and services in order to maintain and grow revenue. (Cross Selling and Up Selling to prospective clients).
• Identify and gain new business through a sustained program of cold calling and follow up leads.
• Confidently and knowledgeably handle customer complaints while maintaining composure, and take all possible actions to resolve issues to the customers' expectations without compromising company's position by over-commiting to customers.
• Achieving monthly target sets by the company.
• Any duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• ​​Age Maximum 33 Years Old.
• Preferably 1 years experiences in Telemarketing.
• Preferably experienced in a Start-Up Company as Telemarketing / Business Development / Key Account Manager
• Preferably experienced in serving IT or Internet Provider Company / English Education Industry.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Having minimum TOEFL Score 500 / TOEIC Score 600 would be a definite advantage.
• Having experiences Study Abroad / Overseas for Student Exchange Programme will be considered.
• Computer Literate of Microsoft Office & Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive).
• Honest, Good Attitude, Excellent Communication Skill, Hard Working, Responsible, Discipline, Meticulous, Communicative, Creative, Self-Driven, Results Oriented.
• Well organized and understand the systematic filling system.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Well-groomed and well-mannered.
• Placement in our office in Menara Palma, Kuningan, South Jakarta.
• Full-Time Position.
