• Maintains staff preparedness and certificates staff abilities for each position.
• Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed and participate in the development of a center of competence in education within the GSI Group: define a quality chart, establish guidelines for the creation and delivery of training within the Group, become the point of contact for advice and guidelines on training design.
• Manage the training catalog using the online Learning Management System and provide the process to manage the lifecycle of this catalog (feedback loops, change management, regular updates, etc.).
• Measure the impact of the training delivered in his/her scope, (re-)align the content, provide training proposals to the business units according to their needs.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in any major. Master Degree is preferable.
• A recognized certification in teaching or training is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in creating and delivering technical training for a large organization and able to complete a full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
• Experience working in healthcare or manufacturing is preferable.
• Proven expertise in the preparation of training materials is a big asset: usage of authoring software, video recording, or experience in instructional design would be a vital addition to the array of candidate’s skills.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and comfortable with changing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Can start working immediately.
