Job Responsibilities:- Manage and conduct user research and concept development to improve monotaro.id website
- Research business customers personas and investigate business customers behavior
- Lead the users throughout the process of proposing, wireframing, and implementing UX improvements
- Work closely with UI/UX specialist and Content Writer to identify research topics
- Work with design, content strategy, engineering, and marketing
- Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods
- Always place a continuous review/feedback of the improvement result using data
- Compose a report for every UX improvement made
- Bachelor degree or higher, from IT/System Information/Web Design
- Minimum 3 years of experience as UX Research Specialist or similar role
- Expertise in Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Figma, UX Monitoring
- Love to do research and analysis
- Strong capability to use data and transform it into design and development process
- In-depth understanding of UI design
- Experience with conducting user research
- Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methodologies
- Working knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistics
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Able to work within team (Team Player)
- Good time-management, interpersonal and communication skills
