JOB DESCRIPTION- Coordinating and supervising warehouse operations at AMO, ensuring there is no difference in inventory in the warehouse and running the warehouse administration in accordance with company requirements.
- Calculate and record incoming and outgoing goods or inventory opname on daily and monthly basis to avoid differences with system's record, and record and report inventory aging.
- Ensure conformity between loading forms and record in the system, sort goods return/ exchange, check inventory aging and stock opname
- Prepare daily report related to warehouse operations, supervise maintenance on warehouse's assets and ensure warehouse tidiness and cleanliness.
- Take precautionary measures against threats based on hazard analysis on foreign objects other than products and their packaging or pest that may threaten quality of goods in the warehouse.
- Collect data on goods return/ unsold cigarettes stock due to expiring cigarette excise tax.
- Coordinate and supervise incoming goods, stock placement according to layout, goods maintenance and goods return handling according to the applicable regulations.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Computer skills (MS Excel), basic numeracy skills, warehouse management, stock taking.
