RESPONSIBILITY : In conjunction with the Farm Manager oversees all farm activities. While physically working as part of the team, the Assistant Farm Manager coordinates and directs the activities of the farm team to ensure optimal productivity, quality and safety targets. JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Communicates with the Farm Manager on a daily basis regarding farm work needs.
• Provides feedback to Farm Manager on farm team help performance.
• Leads and is a member of the Field Team which meets regularly to ensure effective communication
• Assists Farm Manager in preparing weekly program, analysis problem and action plan, weekly activity overall a farm.
• Performs field work while acting as a pace setter and leader of the Field Team.
• Directs and ensures that Field Team tasks are completed in accordance with the work schedule.  
• Manages Field Team performance by providing training and feedback to ensure that they have the appropriate skills for the assigned tasks.
• Ensures that all members of the Field Team are exhibiting all expected job behaviors and that they are following all required company policies and procedures.
• Ensures basic routine equipment and facility maintenance is conducted to ensure safe operating conditions.
• Ensures overall tidiness of maintenance area and outside grounds.
• Ensures overall off Standard Operating Procedure on broiler breeder management correctly (prepare house, brooding, growing, Laying, Feed program, Vaccination, medication and biosecurity)
• Analysis problem action plan.
• Performs other related duties as required.

 QUALIFICATION : 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science with minimum five years’ experience in supervisor breeding farm / Head Farm.

• Fluent in English.
• Able to commit to a flexible work schedule with some extended hours and weekend work.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work fast and smart and take and give direction with a positive and constructive attitude.
• Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.
• Strong prioritizing and time management skills.
• Takes initiative and committed to improving processes.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in all weather condition.
• Willing to be place in CIREBON
