Responsibility

• Preparing the physical sales contract once the trade confirmation has been sent out by the trader,
• Support commercial team in daily operations related matters (updating production and commercial report),
• Track to ensure the CBS issued the invoice after shipment / delivery and collection is made in accordance with the contracted terms,
• Scan a signed copy of the contract and send to the CBS team,
• Track to ensure quality claim is pay on time and avoid duplication,
• Co-ordinate to ensure the sales contract is signed and sent out to the customer and keep a signed copy once it’s signed and return by the customer,
• Ensure RIM compliance and assist finance team when there is audit performed,
• other Ad hoc assignments (if any, depends on work load).

 Essential Requirements

• Minimal 2 to 3 years experience in the field of accounting,
• Fluent in english, both writing and speaking,
• Ability to work under pressure and multitasking,
• Ability to establish good rapport with Commercial team and other internal department/ function for smoother operations,
• Good understanding of accounting especially related to Account Receivable,
• Proficient with MS excel, detail oriented, enjoy working with numbers,
• having good logical and analytical thinking skills,
• good administration/ inter personal skill.
