MARKETING MANAGER – OUTDOOR ADVERTISING Responsibility

• Direct coordinate company sales and marketing function.
• Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
• Research and develop strategies and plan which identify and develop new customer.
• Analyze and evaluate the effictiveness of sales, methode, cost and result.
• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operational budget.
• Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all of all other accounts.
• Participate in the development of new project proposal.
• Establish and implement short and long term department goals, objective, policies, and operating procedures.
• Serve on planning and policy-making committees
• Other duties as assigned.

  General requirement

• Maximum age 35 years old.
• At least 10 (ten) years of experience as manager in sales and marketing Outdoor Advertising field.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Knowledge to contracting, negotiation and change management.
• Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectation.
• Experience in planning marketing strategies.
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage serveral project.
• Ability to participate in and facilitate department meetings.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and available at any time.
• Fluent in english both oral and written.
• Excellence communication, interpersonal skill, fast response and self discipline.
• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta (Jakarta pusat).
