Job Description:

• Analyze, propose contracting strategies, in order to ensure best possible price on material
• Monitoring progress of contracts to ensure materials in on scheduled and meet spesifications
• Continually look for ways to improve cost estimating process and the impact to cost reduction
• Analyze implemented of purchase plan to avoid material shortage
• Monitor material flow to ensure inventory is maintaied to the optimum level to support on time deliveries while keeping inventory  holdings at the appropiate levels
• Monitor and maintain material cost and good trading which give direct impact financially
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure mutual business relation
• Monitor and uptodate with supplier business activity, supplier supply chain system, financial report, buyer activity level, etc.
• Evaluate vendor performance and lead for corrective and preventive action
• Lead suppliers development to build a class suppliers
• Supervise work and activities of all staff of purchasing in all manners of the day to day operation of the purchasing division.
