Responsibilities:

• Plan the weekly working schedule for the assigned workplace using Hydra MES
• Manage rollovers units, advanced processed unit as well as rescheduling of the rollovers
• Prepare weekly OT Plan, evaluate On-Time Delivery for the assigned workplace
• Conceptualize the process flow, conduct time study, create timing reference for each production element required in the assigned workplace
• Prepare weekly plan time versus actual time analysis report
• Print out a set of traveller form with other supporting documents (Drawings, checklists) pertaining to the product model being manufactured
• Countercheck the Work Order form, distribute the Work Orders to various workplaces where the order is supposed to be processed in.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
• Preferably Staff specialized in Industrial Engineering
• Able to understand English
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work in a team
• Willing to work in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
