Responsibility :

• Formulating new products for the Coating, Adhesive or Construction Chemicals industries
• Cooperating with customers in customizing the products.
• Leading the creation and delivery of new formulation to fulfil the innovation and align with the commercial expectation.
• Ensuring formulations are delivered within agreed deadlines.
• Cooperating with the Production Team on the technical feasibility and resolving production issues.

Requirements:

• Minimal S1 in Chemistry or related field.Minimal 5 years of work experience in Coating, Adhesive, Construction Chemicals or related field.Knowledge in product applications and testing parameters
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive, dynamic and able to cooperate with the team
• Willing to be placed in Merak (Plant site).
