Principle Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Policy Issuance process ​​Responsible for following in accordance with policies, guidelines and within the authority limit:

• Check the integration result from quotation portal and ensure all the data completed.
• Process policy issuance to the system and ensure processed timely.
• Process individual underwriting for new business
• Responsible for TPA Data Transfer for New Business plan import and member enrollment
• Ensure ePolicy and eBilling that generated by the system sent to the client processed accurately and timely
• if necessary, create policies and manual billing if there are errors in the system that cause ePolicy and eBilling not generated by the system
• Process retrospective underwriting according to the process request from the claim team
• To produce internal production report and required report related New Business Process. To ensure the data is accurately
• Take initiative to improve system performance related to Group Policy Services
• Coordination and communication with other related departments to ensure services/operation excellent for Corporate Customers

2. Contribute and involve in Corporate Business ProjectActively participated on UAT related project to Group Policy Services 3. Ensure customer orientation is the basis for every approach  Job Specification:

• Bachelor degree
• Detail-oriented and inter-personal skill
• Good problem solving skill
• Good communication skill
• Pleasant personality, good attitude and good team working
• Action-oriented and customer oriented
• Minimum two years’ experience in Employee Benefit Process especially on Policy Services
• Good knowledge on corporate business
• Good knowledge on group Policy Services
• Computer literate: word, excel, and power point applications
