• As a Professional Trainer by providing high quality professional teaching and learning experience through best practices & experience sharing
• As a Professional Consultant in software development life-cycle, from analyze, design, coding, testing and training as well as documentation

 REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must be first-class engineers and leaders and willing to teach future great developers.
• Must have big appetite to learn quick and be able to do researches
• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of related experience in performing professional application development work for Senior Software Consultants. The candidates should have significant experience and good track record working in project target environment
• Experience with at least 2 medium to large size software development project life-cycle using any Java platform preferably: JEE and Spring platform and experience. Software Consultants with difference major will be also needed, particularly in Microsoft technology (Azure, C#, VB, Sharepoint), PHP, Android and iOS/Objective C and Swift. Consultants with broader project exposure and experience are prefered.
• Front End and Full-Stack developers are also encouraged to apply.
• Professional instructors or trainers with experience teaching MOCs are highly appreciated.
• Understand and some hands on experience with any RDBMS, including data design and preferably big-data/data analytics.
• Understand several ranging  development methodologies and preferably include knowledge on secure programming or security.
• Mature and have good attitude towards professional working environment (incl. responsibilities and continuous learning).
• Must have initiative to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills, be able to perform as a good team player and/or project leader when needed
• High energy and motivation
