• Maintain and establish a good relationship with relevant stakeholders;
• Experience in handling corporate permit and lisence including SIUP, TDP, IMB, HO, AMDAL, UKL–UPL.
• Have a good networking with government especially with ministry law and human right, ministry of Industry, Ministry of manpower, BKPM, BPN, Local Government, and police departement;
• Oversee administrative support function (legal document, work permit, facilities – office), and CSR;
• Coordinate with HSE Dept (as well with ant other relevant departments) for the health and safety activities in Company, and ensure that no fatal accidents/incidents;
• Implement and keep updated any relevant company’s established procedures, rules and policies, as well to provide solution towards any issue that may arise, refer to the prevailing law and regulation.

 Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good command in English (both verbal & written)
• Ready to be based in KBN Marunda - North Jakarta
