Main Responsibility:

• Learn ERP / coordinate to take SOS (scope of supply) from system
• Coordinate with Engg to get itemized SOS & parts catalogue
• Maintain record of Boiler spares & part number for every serial Number of boilers in soft copies.
• Take cost of items & share with Parts business manager for costing.
• Enter New PO & create SO & ensure the same is approved and converted into BOOKED stage.
• Actively participate with execution team to get update of all pending SO & ensure the delivery match with customer’s dead line.
• Create PR for purchase Order for service Department.
• Follow up with local vendors for few alternate spares for pricing.
• Work in coordination with Procurement Department very closely for spares execution status.
• Know about logistics, HS code, import & export terms, Commercial terms , penalty , INCO terms, currency exchange , Payment terms from customer & payment terms to vendor.
• Know more on warranty clause, & other commercial terms
• Learn on item costing, freight, & logistics & ware housing & container.
• Maintains spares execution schedule.
• Maintains service invoice reminders to commercial .
