JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): SAP, Microsoft Office, English
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To monitor and ensure that all outward facultative placement are adequately backed up and finalized before inception/ effective date.
• To issue reinsurance placement sheet & give copies to treaty staffs after finalize reinsurance placement.
• To check the accuracy and completeness of reinsurance outward slips provided by treaty staffs before signed by manager. 
• To monitor & file signed-off reinsurance outward slips received back from reinsurers. 
• To input reinsurance Allocation into XGEN/SAP and finish reinsurance monthly closing as scheduled XGEN/SAP.
• To print and prepare reinsurance outward slips to be submitted to facultative PIC who handle the placement for checking the details and then submitted to Chief/ manager for signed-off.
