Job Description :

• Working with various stakeholders and internal parties to develop the identified area through the planning project.
• Responsible for the construction planning.
• Supervising the site labor force and monitoring the working process done by the contractors.
• Managing the project, identifying and resolving potential construction related with issues or contractual disputes
• Ensuring the organization interest becomes the priority.
• Ensuring the tender documents is in order with the required standard and quality
• Handling other administrative work related to the development of the project.
• As assigned by direct Supervisor

Qualification :  

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having experience in high rise building & mixed used developments Full-Time position(s) available.
• Good knowledge of local building and construction rules and regulations
• Must have of structure design experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Applicants must be willing to work in Alam Sutera, Serpong, Tangerang
