The Growth Marketer’s main objective is to increase brand awareness and the Company’s user base through organic growth strategies.  We are looking for data-driven professionals who work to find innovative ways to drive user acquisition, keep customers engaged, retain them, and ultimately turn them into brand loyalists.  The ideal candidate is a master experimenter at every stage of the sales funnel and will work closely with the whole business to gain better insights.

 

Your responsibilities:

• Looking at the entire customer lifecycle and using those insights to create compounding returns that drive more engaged customers.


• Digital Communications expert - a demonstrated knowledge of what works for a brand across social media and own channels including working successfully with influencers in both the organic and paid space


• Design social media strategies and executional methods across the region to achieve marketing targets


• Knowledgeable about what’s going on in social media and digital communications, as well as the wider retail industry, to deliver maximum benefit for the brand


• Ensuring that ASEAN-wide activity delivers against global goals, core business objectives and articulates key messages


• Develop plans for online content across the region, recommending big ideas and content frameworks based on market needs and content gaps


• Employ a variety of research techniques to analyze social media and influencer efforts across Guinevere Global markets to create weekly / monthly reports including insights, optimizations and future strategy development


• Train regional and local team members in driving social media growth

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business preferred.


• Minimum of 3 years experience as a strategist in a creative agency or digital agency environment


• ASEAN regional experience preferred


• Track record of strategic planning and delivery on major social media/digital comms campaigns


• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
