As a Digital Marketing Sales Consultant at TDCX, you will be a part of the fastest Search Engine Team in Malaysia. Your workplace will be in our ultra-modern offices in KL Sentral, accessible, safe with recreational activities and closest to trains buses and all forms of transport. Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Client customers for verified their business and introducing them to exciting opportunities for increasing their business visibility through the Client My Business
• Communicates to customers via phone, email or chat for any issues related to their interaction with the Client My Business
• Manage the relationship between the Client and its customers resulting in increased business by providing consultative advice sales solutions.
• Tell us how we can be better and act as a voice for users/advertisers to provide product and process improvement opportunities back to the Client
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.

Minimum Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Passion for social media, online marketing or online advertising
• A creative mindset and good understanding of customer needs
• Enjoy being on the phone with our customers
• Phenomenal attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and energetic
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
• 6 Full-Time position(s) available.
