REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Ms Office
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Detail oriented, good numeric, hardworking, ability to multi task & work in challenging fast paces environment
• Able to join immediately will be advantage

 JOB DESCRIPTIONS:(Work together and report to Finance Team in Head Office, China)1. Handle and keep record of invoices2. Verify discrepancies by and resolve supplier billing issues3. Mantain and updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices4. Accept and keep record of bills for all transactions5. Handle reimbursements (including review and follow up with Head Office in China)6. Handle tax (PPH21, PPH23)7. Prepare posting journal entries for every transaction (financial report)8. Ensure all daily financial transactions are recorded and entered into the system9. Able to work on the balance sheet statement10. Other duties as assigned
