As the head of the team, you will:

• Lead investment evaluations initiatives in line with group strategies to evaluate potential opportunities for the group across multiple countries and real estate asset classes
• Complete the full investment cycle - deal origination, structuring, due diligence,  financial modelling and execution to maximise asset value and returns
• Preparing of investment proposals to investment committee
• Constant monitoring of group assets to optimise portfolio performance via investments/divestments
• Budgeting/forecasting and management reporting to internal/external stakeholders or investors
• Degree in business or real estate from reputable universities
• 10-15 years of experience within the real estate investment market
