Requirement:

• Max. 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field from reputable University
• At least 3 years of working experience in the similiar position  
• Computer literate
• Excellent command of English language both oral and written
• Preferable Supervisor specialized in Hotel, Property or Tourism Services or equivalent
• Ability to work under pressure, requires self discipline, time management, and must be able to meet deadlines
• Having a good interpersonal skills, sales and negotiating abilities, planning and organizational abilities
• Willing to be placed in Belitung, Tanjung Pandan

Responsibilities: 

• Able to create effective marketing strategy by using management tools 
• Create calendar event and market research
• Coordinating with General Manager to establish client base of organization, social group and corporate, business through direct outside and inside sales
• Make list of potential clients and contact them via calls/social media or arrange meeting to promotes
• Prepare and present sales proposal to potential client, highlighting the best features and qualities of the resort (club and property)
• Record the statistic sales accounts and record all daily sales
• Prepare a tentative monthly schedule regular visit in accordance to a predetermined plan
• Observe matters pertaining to competition (price, product, place, promotion)
• Maintain professional image all the times through services and appearence   
• Direct reporting to General Manager
