Job responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to a portfolio of the Client’s advertisers through phone and email, to provide customer satisfaction and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Offer solutions to the advertiser inquiries to meet customer wait times.
• Develop and analyze keywords, titles, description, bidding strategies for potential customers to maximize results, drive volume and hit targets on their advertising accounts in order to maximize ROI when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and grow the account of the advertiser by improving performance and investment, including cross selling, to meet revenue targets.
• Should be ready to work in a dynamic environment and have the orientation to create new process.
• Proactively give suggestions to improve the processes and grow the portfolio revenue.
• To build a professional online advertising campaign for the customers.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.

Qualification requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales, marketing, consulting (preferably in online advertising industry) including 1-year experience in cold calling outbound sales
• Successful track record in directly driving business, highly motivated
• Ability to speak and write in native language fluently and idiomatically
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to communicate well in English (for training, management and reporting purposes)
• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Specialized skills:

• Must have analytical and logical mindset
• Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
• Works in an organized and structured manner
• Has strong experience in sales
• Is passionate about sales and has a genuine interest for online marketing
• Has a creative mindset and a good understanding of customer needs
• Full-Time position(s) available.
